Villa “La Case” enjoys a unique and rare location, nestled on the water’s edge of the peaceful bay of Marigot, with the islet of Tortue in the background.

The traditional Caribbean architecture is reflected throughout creating an art of living in harmony with the surrounding elements. Built according to the island’s aesthetic codes, its wooden facade in light tones enhanced by touches of bright color blends into the lush tropical vegetation.

From the parking area, a staircase leads you directly to the outdoor living space, which boasts a splendid sea view. The dining area and outdoor living space are located in the shaded part of the terrace adjoining a lounge area that is set up below the deck, where the sound of the waves serenades you while enjoying the sun. At the back, a kitchen decorated with earthenware tiles with its wooden bar opens onto this exterior. A small, intimate air-conditioned living room, decorated with a tropical fresco, invites you to relax. On either side, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, that open onto the terrace and sea view.

An independent bungalow called “La Thébaïde” currently houses an office-library, which could also be used as an additional bedroom. It benefits from a magnificent view of the bay worthy of a postcard.

To complete the picture, a private staircase leads directly to the sea, where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters or sunbathe on the nearby beach.
