The main entrance is reached from the back of the house, while here you find the pool area next to a lawn and a larger patio providing sun most of the day. When the westerly wind hits, this provides an oasis in which to shelter. The garden is easy to maintain, with stonework and a smaller lawn including beautiful plants such as wild roses, lilacs and an abundance of lavender.

Inside the entrance in the hall is laid with Gotland limestone, while the living room and social areas open up with solid oak flooring throughout. In addition there a convenient guest toilet situated in the hall.

Large windows with sliding doors provide wonderful views of the sea, with doors opening up into the outside. Here you have a front row seat including sunsets and stormy winter evenings. A large open fireplace creates just the right conditions for winter evenings.

The kitchen, signed Italian Binova with machines from Gaggenau, is positioned with a view of the pool and the sea. The living room is well-sized and easy to furnish, while the solid open fireplace works as a lovely piece of furniture for the room. At the other end is the master bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom and exit to the back of the house. From this floor you reach two good patios facing the sea and a completely private area by the pool.

Downstairs there are two good bedrooms, both with space for a double bed and a living room. The large glass sections are also throughout here. In one corner of the house there is a covered patio, which could be converted into an extra bedroom. There is also a relaxation area with a large sauna and a laundry room with kitchenette and separate toilet.
