Timothy P. A graduate of Florida State University, Tim holds a degree in Finance and Economics and is a proud second-generation Realtor. His father, Pete, began his real estate career in Champaign, IL in 1969 and relocationed the family to Naples in 1986. From an early age, Tim was instilled with the values of hard work, integrity, and excellence.

Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 1998, Tim has specialized in Naples' most exclusive communities, including Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Old Naples, the Crayton Areas, and Bay Colony. He consistently ranks among the top-producing agents in Southwest Florida, according to NABOR and MLS statistics.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Real Producers magazine named Tim one of Naples’ Top 10 Producers for 2025. He was also named to Gulfshore Life’s annual Top Producers list and Naples Illustrated’s Collier County Top 100 Influential Business Leaders, among other prestigious accolades.

Tim is respected for his deep market knowledge, discretion, and professionalism, commendations which have earned him a loyal following of repeat and referral clients. Outside of real estate, Tim has a passion for motorsports, competing in the SRO Motorsports GT America series, racing an Aston Martin Vantage GT3, and GT4.

A dedicated philanthropist, Tim supports numerous Naples-based charitable organizations and was honored with the JoAnne M. Kuehner Heart of Gold Award by Hope for Haiti for his commitment to community service. He and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for over 23 years and are proud parents of three children. His oldest son, Timothy, is now working with Tim full time at GCIP, and is the 3rd generation Savage in Naples real estate.
