Linc and Stephanie Altdoerffer bring over two decades of real estate expertise to their clients, but more importantly, they bring a warm, personal touch to every connection. Stephanie began her real estate career in Denver, Colorado, before moving to Arizona in 1999. Linc moved to Arizona from Ohio in 2002. Shortly after meeting, they founded Before & After Remodeling, Inc., discovering a mutual passion for transforming houses into homes. Linc's 30+ years of hands-on construction experience perfectly complements Stephanie's keen eye for design.
Married in 2003, Linc and Stephanie began raising her three children together. When asked how they manage to work and live together, they simply say, "This is all we have ever known, and it just works." Stephanie returned to her real estate roots in 2005. They quickly merged their remodeling expertise with her growing real estate business, often remodeling the very homes that she sold to her clients. By 2016, her real estate career was on an accelerated path, prompting Linc to get his real estate license and join her full-time. They've never looked back.
Over the years, they have served buyers across the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area, adapting to a wide range of needs. From first-time buyers, often the next generation of their past clients, to corporate relocations for those who have never set foot in Arizona, they bring expertise to every scenario. They've helped new retirees make their Arizona dreams a reality, guided second-home buyers from around the country, supported investors seeking the right opportunities, and provided luxury experiences for those looking for something special. Whatever the need, they offer a personalized and seamless real estate experience tailored to each client.
But what truly sets Linc and Stephanie apart is their belief that real estate is more than a transaction-it's about building lasting relationships. Outside their professional lives, Linc and Stephanie are devoted grandparents to Charlotte, Little Linc, and Mackie. Linc actively participates in Neighbors Helping Neighbors, a grassroots community service organization, while Stephanie passionately supports the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. When they're not touring homes, negotiating contracts, or entertaining clients, you'll likely find them on a golf course or catching a flight to Cabo.
