JULIE AND SALLIE
Julie and Sallie are described by their clients as providing uncompromising dedication to their clients’ interests, attention to detail and the highest level of integrity. They are third generation Colorado natives who are very familiar with the neighborhoods in the Denver metropolitan area, especially the central Denver neighborhoods and the southeast suburbs including Cherry Hills and Greenwood Village.
Julie and Sallie have consistently been recognized as top ranking brokers by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. As a team, they are formidable. They provide twice the enthusiasm, twice the creative marketing skills, twice the real estate knowledge, twice the professionalism, and twice the dedication to their clients.
Prior to joining Kentwood, Julie and Sallie were founding owners of the highly successful Fuller Towne and Country Properties and were instrumental in the company’s management, development and later sale.
They enjoy working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges from lower downtown to Castle Pines and everywhere in between.
ABOUT SALLIE
Sallie graduated from University of Colorado in Boulder with an undergraduate degree in marketing. She then attended Georgetown University Law School in Washington, DC. She has been a licensed attorney in Colorado since 1989 specializing in representing individuals and businesses in buying, selling, leasing and developing real property throughout the country.
In 1997, Sallie decided to take her real estate law expertise and her negotiation skills to the sales side of the real estate arena, where she has been highly successful and achieved exceptional results for her clients.
Sallie lives in Cherry Hills Village with her husband and three children.
ABOUT JULIE
Julie is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder with an undergraduate degree in English.
Julie started in Residential Real Estate in 1989. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and has earned a Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
While committed to her real estate career, Julie also enjoys many things Colorado has to offer. Being actively involved in many community opportunities Julie thinks it is important to give back to the community in which you live.
She also enjoys skiing, spending time with friends and family, tennis and volunteering at her daughter's school to support her in her education and extra-curricular activities and sports.
