Peter Petras

Born and raised in Richmond, Peter has a true passion for the city and everything it has to offer. With a background in new construction, sales, and investment property, he brings value to his clients through his unique grasp on areas such as estimating costs, negotiation, and financing. He loves to gain a deep understanding of “the why” behind his client’s needs in order to best serve them.

Peter has over eleven years of experience in the real estate industry. His journey in real estate started back in college when he took an internship in Richmond with a local company focused on historic renovations, new construction, urban infill and development. From there, he spent time with both a national and regional builder in roles including Production Supervisor, Project Manager, New Home Advisor, and Sales Manager.

Peter is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business with a degree in Marketing Management. When he is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, golfing and catching up with friends.
