In my experience, dedication and high standards of service are two main pillars of success. I became a Realtor in 1986 after serving with the Toronto Police Service for 11 years, and have been helping my clients achieve real estate success ever since. IN THE INDUSTRY Over the past 30 years, I have become one of the local leaders in the industry. I’ve been a guest speaker at ‘Learn from the Leaders’ events and use my expertise to train new agents. I’m not only a licensed Broker, but also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, International Real Estate Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Certified Negotiation Expert. I have also received the Certified Real Estate Consultation designation. IN THE COMMUNITY I have served as Chairperson of the Toronto Police 22 Division Community Police Liaison Committee, President of the Humber Valley Village Residents Association, have sat on the Arbitration Committee at the Toronto Real Estate Board and as a Discipline Committee Member at the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). I have also been a member of The Hospital for Sick Children’s Circle of Care.
