David Omler

In 1977 Omler came to Brevard for a visit and knowing then that he had found his piece of Paradise he has been here ever since. Having degrees in both accounting and business administration it led him to a career as the assistant director of finance for one of the major contractors at Kennedy Space Center during the Space Shuttle program. Upon leaving the Space Center and having grown up in a family of contractors he decided to pursue his true passion, real estate. Omler has had a successful career in the real estate industry including being Director of Real Estate Operations for a private 750-unit retirement community as well as consulting with developers on oceanfront, riverfront and residential neighborhoods. Omler has worked on projects from land acquisition to final sales and the naming of streets and buildings. Omler understands the workings of condominium living having served as president of several condominium associations.

Omler has developed his own projects that have received awards for architectural design and landscaping. Not only has Omler been involved in most aspects of the real estate field, but he is also a former publisher and editor of an award-winning luxury real estate and lifestyle magazine. Omler is also only one of three agents in Brevard County with the National Association of Realtors Green Designation in Resource Efficient building.
